First and foremost, Marc is a husband and father based on the outskirts of Tauranga, living the rural dream with two school aged children who also both have a very strong interest in design. Three dogs to keep him on his toes and a lover of all things sport and technology.

Originally born and raised on the North Shore of Auckland, he also lived on the Hibiscus Coast and Rodney area, starting his career as a CAD Draftsperson in Coastal Engineering before transitioning into Architecture when he and his young family moved to Tauranga.

​

While Marc headed South of Auckland, his family moved North to Mangawhai where he has established strong Design and build partnerships.

Marc has also established working relationships in Queenstown, Waikato, Taupo, Coromandel, Auckland and Bay wide.

Marc Vale is a Licensed Architectural Designer offering Design specifically tailored for the client’s needs regardless of size and budget. Experienced in working with numerous clients and council's throughout New Zealand. He is also an ADNZ Professional Member.

​

Over the past 10 years Marc has worked on and designed a variety of projects including new Residential, Multi-unit dwellings, Health Care, Education, Aged Care, Group housing, Commercial, Renovations, Alterations and additions in multiple price categories.

​

Marc has experience and qualifications in related disciplines such as Landscape Architecture and Engineering that can contribute to the overall site and has built good working relationships with other consultants that he can call on where necessary.

​

Marc prides himself on being personable, loyal, providing a strong work ethic, and producing very high-level drawings and documentation with his clients best interests at heart.

Marc holds his communication with his clients in the highest regard and enjoys nothing more than working alongside his clients to help them achieve their dream home.
